The manhunt for Steve Stephens, 37, the man who posted himself fatally shooting 78-year-old Robert Godwin in Cleveland, has come to a close, after Erie County Police found the suspect dead in his vehicle with a self-inflected gunshot wound Tuesday morning (April 18).

PA state police say, once they learned of his whereabouts in the county, they opened a search, and “after a brief pursuit,” they located the white Ford Fusion he was driving, with his lifeless body inside.

After the tragic Easter Sunday shooting, Stephens fled the state, forcing the search to widen to 5 states with a $50,000 reward offered for information on him and his whereabouts.

Stephens was thought to have been seen in Philadelphia, PA yesterday (April 17) and police have now located his body in Erie, six and half hours outside of the major metro and just under 2 hours from Cleveland.

It was just a couple weeks ago when the entire nation was on the man-hunt for a man named Steve Stephens. Stephens threatened to kill 14 people, and ultimately shot a 74-year-old man in the head on Facebook Live, all over his lover ‘Joy Lane.’

Well, the former girlfriend of the murderer spoke out. Lane says she still loves him, despite what he did.

Steve Stephens, 37, killed himself last week after police eventually hunted the fugitive down at a McDonald’s near Erie, Pennsylvania. Three days prior to the suicide, Stephens shot dead 74-year-old Robert Godwin in Cleveland in a random act of violence. This happened after he broke up with his girlfriend of three years, Joy Lane.

Joy Lane has stated that she was devastated that the murder of a 74-year-old man in Cleveland on April 16 was carried out in her name. She ultimately left Stephens because he allegedly had a gambling problem. Lane told him to choose between his addiction or her.

Her interview with Inside Edition will premier today. Lane will open up for the first time, saying she was devastated the murder was carried out in her name.

Lane will be seen and heard saying, “I still love him. I miss the Steve that I knew, not the Facebook killer.”

“I think of him as a good guy who did something really wrong… [and] believe Steve loved me probably like no man has ever loved me before. I didn’t fall in love with that person, I fell in love with the other guy.”

Lane also mentioned that they were still living together days before the shooting. She says she had no idea he was going to snap.

Stephens shot himself in Erie, Pennsylvania on April 18, after shooting the elderly man in Cleveland, Ohio on Easter Sunday.

The man who committed one of the most heinous crimes in U.S. History, Charles Manson is dead at age 83.

According to reports, Manson died Sunday, Nov. 19 at 8:19 p.m. Debra Tate, sister of Sharon Tate, one of Manson’s victims reportedly called TMZ exclusively saying she got a call from the prison that Charles had died in his prison cell.

Manson was recently in the news for being admitted to Bakersfield hospital and escorted by 5 uniformed cops due to battling an illness. Manson fell ill at Corcoran State Prison to the hospital back in January where he was being treated for intestinal bleeding.

Furthermore, Manson was due for surgery this year but it was deemed too ‘risky’.

Manson became infamous for the slayings of Tate-LaBianca murders. Manson was said to have wanted to start a race-war called ‘helter-kelter’ inspired by The Beatles.

Manson was arrested back in December of 1969. He was convicted of conspiracy to commit the slayings, which occurred one day after the next in August 1969. He initially was due to receive the death penalty but it was deemed unconstitutional at the time. Instead, he received 9 consecutive life sentences.

Authorities are currently calling all family members.

XXXTentacion’s Murder Suspect Was NOT Raped In Jail

Last week we reported that XXXTentacion’s murder suspect was sexually assaulted while in jail, however, new reports are proving that it was false.

According to the Broward County Sheriff’s Office, law enforcement officials at BSO reported to TMZ that reports asserting Dedrick Williams was raped in Broward County Jail is flat-out false.

The story broke out that someone who works in the Dade County Jail system claimed Williams had been showering recently and was ambushed “with an attempted rape.” The report went on to claim that people affiliated with Kodak Black may have been involved. The rapper was good friends with X. However, those claims were false.

The Broward County Sheriff’s Office’s Public Information Officer, Veda Coleman-Wright, says that story is “unfounded” and that the entire alleged incident did not happen.

As of now, Dedrick Williams is the only murder suspect under arrest, but, police are searching for at least two others.

A convicted murderer serving life in prison isn’t letting his incarceration stop him from running for a Senate seat.

75-year-old Leonard Richards was convicted of killing his half-sister, May Wilson, in 1982, and of fatally shooting his lawyer, Robert Stratton, in 1987. However, the prison inmate has still found a legal way to run for a U.S. Senate seat in Minnesota.

Minnesota law doesn’t allow inmates to run for state-level offices, but they can run for federal office. Richards has spent enough time behind bars to know about this loophole, and he’s unsuccessfully sought federal office several times before despite serving a prison sentence that offers no parole, the Star Tribune reported.

Stratton’s sister said the Minnesota Secretary of State’s Office told her they aren’t allowed to keep Richards off the ballot. Bert Black, a legal adviser for the office, sent an email stating that despite Richards’ “unspeakable acts,” courts have ruled that the agency cannot prohibit a felon — or prisoner — from filing an affidavit of candidacy, NY Post reports.

“The only valid requirements are that you be of a certain age and that you live in the state on Election Day, essentially,” Black said.

Stratton’s sister said she wants voters to know Richards’ murderous history and is asking lawmakers to change the requirements.

She said she knows he won’t win the race against U.S. Sen. Amy Klobuchar, but that “even one vote for this murderer is too many.”

Richards previously ran in the Democratic primary for a congressional seat in 1992 and received more than 14,500 votes. He ran again in 1994, winning more than 4,000 votes.

A German serial killer accidentally killed himself while performing a strange solo sex act in his prison cell.

Police reports say that Egidius Schiffer known as the “Aachen Strangler,” gave himself a fatal electric shock after tying a cable from a lamp around his penis and nipples.

According to the Times, he was still tied up when guards at Bochum prison, in the North Rhine-Westphalia state, opened his room Monday morning.

Prison spokeswoman Candida Tunkel said: “He removed a cable from his bedside table lamp. Then he wound it around his nipples and his penis and stuck the end in a power socket.”

Schiffer, 62, died of heart failure as a result of an electric current flowing through his chest.

Cops said they did not suspect foul play and his lawyer claimed the murderer was not suicidal.

Schiffer was sentenced to life in 2008 for a string of grisly murders committed between 1983 and 1990. The authorities used DNA evidence to convict him for 18 years after his final murder.

He picked up his victims, one of them was just 15, as they tried to hitch rides home from nightclubs before handcuffing and tying them up. Then he raped three of the women and buried them in the woods.

The former insurance salesman was arrested back in 2007. Following his arrest, he voluntarily gave the DNA that connected him to the unsolved murders.

Schiffer initially confessed before withdrawing his testimony, claiming that the thought of being locked up excited him.

The father-of-two who confessed to killing his pregnant wife in a rage reportedly made the startling admission after having a heart-to-heart conversation with his father.

Chris Watts, 33, has shifted his story multiple times to police after the disappearance of his wife Shan’ann, 34, and their two young daughters on August 13. He originally denied knowing where his family was, telling authorities he and his wife were involved in a ‘civil’ and ’emotional’ conversation ahead of their disappearance.

According to authorities, when confronted by the police with evidence that he was having an affair, Watts told officers he “would tell the truth after speaking with his dad.” After the two spoke, he confessed to killing Shan’ann but still insisted she killed their children.

He then told police he would take the bodies of his wife and daughters to an oil field where he worked.  Following the incident, Watts was arrested and charged with first-degree murder in the deaths of Shan’ann, Celeste, three, and Bella, four at their home in Frederick, Colorado.

Reported by the police, Watts stated that he and his wife argued ’emotionally’ about separating on the morning of their disappearance. He added that his wife strangled both of their children to death. Watts then claims that he strangled Shan’ann in a fit of rage. Watts said that after he told his wife he wanted to separate, he watched as she strangled Celeste while Bella was ‘blue’, her lifeless body in a bed nearby.

This confession came after investigators learned he was allegedly having an affair with a co-worker. He denied the affair but an investigation confirmed otherwise. Once Watts was confronted with this information, he made the request to speak to his father who was at the police station at the time. He then confessed ‘the truth’ of what happened. However,  investigators say Watts is lying.

‘The theory that she [Shan’ann] did it doesn’t hold any water,’ a source close to the investigation told People. There is absolutely no evidence that she killed her children.’

Meanwhile, Watts’ lawyers are asking the court to investigate whether prosecutors have leaked damaging information about their client to the press. Prosecutors have denied the accusation. Watts is also charged with tampering with evidence for allegedly burying his wife in a shallow grave 35 miles from home and dumping his two daughters into a tank filled with crude oil. Prosecutors in the case are asking the judge not to reveal the autopsy report before his murder trial begins.

The confessed killer is now apparently severely depressed after being kept in isolation after more than a month in jail. A source at the Weld County Jail in Colorado confirmed that the 33-year-old murder defendant is now on suicide watch.

‘He’s not doing well at all,’ a source told People. ‘The gravity of the situation has hit him like a ton of bricks. Depression is setting in, and he’s despondent.’

A Florida teen girl faces charges for allegedly helping her boyfriend cover up the murder of her father, who didn’t approve of them dating.

Eveline Gainza, 17, and boyfriend Demar Turruellas, 18, are accused in the shooting death of 63-year-old Evelio Gainza at a Doral home.

According to Police, the teen daughter snuck out Sept. 24 in her dad’s Mercedes to pick up Turruellas and brought him back to the residence. Upon arriving at the home, the boyfriend allegedly went upstairs, pulled out a gun and fatally shot Evelio Gainza in the back. The teen couple then dragged him to the master bathroom, draping his slain body with towels and blankets. Using bleach, the daughter allegedly scrubbed the bloody scene before driving with her boyfriend to trash the shell casings.

Investigators said the daughter later told someone who inquired about her dad’s whereabouts that he took a trip to Cuba. His body wasn’t discovered until Thursday when a relative asked authorities to conduct a welfare check.

Police arrested both Turruellas and Gainza’s daughter, who each allegedly confessed to their roles in the crime. Gainza’s daughter was charged with accessory after the fact and tampering with physical evidence. Her boyfriend faces numerous offenses including murder.

A Georgia man is facing a murder rap nearly 13 years after the killing of his ex-girlfriend, who was found dead after her disappearance and identified by her breast implants.

Billy Joe Cook, 50, of Canton, was arrested Thursday in the death of Leslie Marva Adams, a 40-year-old mother of two after a private investigator identified her body by her breast implants.

“There’s no doubt in my mind that he was involved,” private investigator TJ Ward told the station. “And I’m sure it’s brought closure for the family tonight because they’ve suspected Billy all along.”

Ward said Adams obtained a temporary protective order against Cook just days before her disappearance in October 2005 due to ongoing domestic issues.

“I think he was jealous of her because that’s what created the monster when she had gone out with some friends on the night that he showed up and a domestic situation started,” Ward said.

Investigators found bloodstains and a shell casing inside Adams’ apartment in October 2005, but Adams was nowhere to be found. Two years later, a couple discovered her remains in a swamp in Franklin County. A serial number from a breast implant was later used to identify the body, Gwinnett County District Attorney Danny Porter told the station.

Ward said an investigator from the district attorney’s office contacted him two weeks ago to discuss the cold case. It’s unclear what evidence was used to arrest Cook on Thursday, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Cook, at the time of Adams’ disappearance, admitted he argued with her, but denied choking, stalking and beating her throughout their 18-month relationship, as she alleged.

“I am afraid that if I do not let him in my life he will become violent and angry,” Adams wrote in the court document, the newspaper reported in 2005.

Cook, who operated a vending machine business, claimed the incident that led to the protective order was merely a misunderstanding.

“Some of her friends heard us fussing and called the police,” Cook told the newspaper. “But we were only fussing. Her friend never heard us fuss like that before.”

Ward, meanwhile, said he hopes Cook’s arrest finally gives Adams’ relatives some peace.

“Now there’s an arrest, but we hope there’s a conviction to close the final chapter,” Ward told WSB-TV.

Napoleon aka Mutah Wassin Shabazz Beale, a member of The Outlawz, tells The Art of Dialogue that neither Suge Knight nor Orlando Anderson was behind the murder of the late and former Outlawz rapper Tupac Shakur.

In 1995, following Pac’s return from prison, during his Makaveli phase, he created the rap group; which also included late rapper Yaki Kadafi, the man who sat in an adjacent vehicle and made eye contact with Pac’s killer. Unfortunately, he’d also succumb to his death later that month.

Around the 3-minute mark of the visual interview, Napoleon addresses the rumor of Suge putting a hit on Pac that night, to which he alleges isn’t true, as he was just as much a target, “he almost got murdered too.”

Also, on Kadafi, he says, “[he] actually seen the person who killed Pac. He said the guy looked right at him, he pulled the arm out and saw the shooting you know what I mean. They witnessed it, The Outlawz was there but Kadafi seen the guy. The guy looked at Kadafi and Kadafi looked back at him.”

In addition, he states, “Kadafi didn’t expect, he didn’t know what was about to happen until he seen an arm come out the window. I don’t think it was Baby Lane (Orlando Anderson), the one who Kadafi seen.”

While Kadafi laid eyes on the killer, during the aftermath of the shooting, he’d been unwilling to cooperate with the LAPD.

Nipsey’s murder has reportedly been caught on camera.

TMZ obtained the footage that could give police a possible lead in their hunt for the suspect who gunned down the rapper.

The footage was taken from an establishment that is right across from Nipsey’s The Marathon Clothing store. On the left side of the screen, a person can be seen entering the frame from an alleyway, heading toward the front of Nip’s store. The entire incident can’t be seen, but, a figure that looks like Nipsey can be seen collapsing the ground as several people run away. With one man running out of the frame along with numerous other witnesses.

It has not been confirmed yet if the man on the ground is Nipsey, but, he is seen wearing similar clothing to what he wore in his final photo with the young child.

As of now, the shooter has been described as a black male in his 20s, who is said to have escaped in a car driven by a female.

In 1979, Albert Flick was convicted and sentenced to 25 years for fatally stabbing his wife 14 times in front their child. In 2010, he was jailed again for assaulting a woman; however, the presiding judge decided he was too old to commit violence and gave him a lessened sentence.

Now 40 years after his initial murder sentence, a court’s convicted Flick of a near-identical crime — stabbing Kimberly Dobbie at least 11 times outside of a Lewiston, Maine laundromat, in front of her 11-year-old twins.

Additionally, on August 9 Flick arrives to court for sentencing, where he faces 25 years to life in prison.
